The company is currently pursuing joint ventures through relationships with game development studios in North America, China and India. The five year game/technology portfolio consists of a series of (i) V7 Labs indie demonstration games; (ii) V7 partners indie network games; (iii) XBLA games (with some based on Hollywood film classics) and (iv) migration to a AAA multiplatform engine for AAA games and follow-on episodes. V7 builds a robust base of assets (i) with excellent art plus film industry icons, (ii) market presence and access-to-market, (iii) technology and multi-platform capability and (iv) seasoned management and senior advisory team. A first round of investment has focused on a game engine kernel and tools capable of Real-Time Visual feedback, and Motion Capture (MOCAP)-in-XNA and Flash-in-Xbox360 interfaces. These are being applied to a sports action title for XBLA with art and character assets under (pending) license with NBC/Universal. The technology and tool suite is provided at low-cost or no cost (under royalty agreement) to a very wide base of creative independents via V7 partners to develop and co-produce games initially for Xbox 360 but evolving to a broader suite of platforms and mobile.
